Where can I see how they will work on my walls?

You can see how our product works by watching one of our videos on U Tube. Go to;

We made this so our visitors can see just how easy they are to apply and remove - even the intricate designs.
We also include a sample wall sticker in every product so you can try our product out before using your product.
Put it on your wall in an inconspicuous place. You will be able to feel what they are made of see how they easily they are adhered and removed from your walls.
We can send you a free sample if you would like to try before you buy. Go to the Contact Us page and tick the box for a free sample and we will send you one promptly.

I need some help with applying my wall stickers

Please email us with any questions or problems you are having and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Leave us your phone number if you'd prefer a call back.

Can I get some help to choose the colours?

Sometimes it’s hard to choose colour combinations; computer monitors do vary so it can be difficult to get a good idea of actual colours too.
Try printing out the Colour Chart to see if that helps.
Alternatively please email us at info@thewallstickercompany.com.au with your questions.
If you need to see a sample of the colours, simply email warehouse@thewallstickercompany.com.au and let us know your name, address and the colours you would like and within 7 business days you will receive the sample.
If a perfect colour match is required, we are happy to do this too. Provide us with with PMS colour, or send us an actual sample of the colour/s (paint swatch, fabric etc).
If you need to send a sample to us, let us know that you require colour matching in the "Comments" box with your order, and we will contact you to make arrangements.

What is your policy on returns and exchanges?

If goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from a sample shown, or do not do what they are supposed to do, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.
Refunds and exchanges may only be considered if your order is returned within 14 days after receipt of goods. Goods must be returned in perfect condition to The Wall Sticker Company P.O. Box 1008 Hampton 3188 Victoria.
The Wall Sticker Company offer no shipping and handling credit on refunded merchandise.
All custom made products are final and may not be exchanged or refunded unless proven to be faulty.

How do I go about getting a custom order made?

The Wall Sticker Company has a custom service (see "Custom" page) where we can make any design you can think of. From consultation right through to design, we can create your idea or create a design to suit your home or business style.
Go to the “Custom” page and have a look at some images of our custom jobs and get more information. There is also a FAQ page there with artwork spec's given.
