What are wall stickers?
Wall stickers are very thin plastic stickers which are made to adhere to internal plasterboard walls. They are an instant way to decorate a wall or space. Within minutes you can transform the look of a living area, bedroom or office space and give it an instant Wow factor.New babies, kids, parents, grandparents, homeowners, renters, renovators and businesses.
Whether you’re buying a gift, updating a room or home office, selling your home, increasing morale in the office, or adding some corporate branding, there are loads of applications.

Simply choose the design you like, and then just stick them to the wall. Intricate designs have a special application tape over the top to make arrangement so easy. And when you feel like a change, the wall stickers are easily removed.
Wall Stickers are a great alternative to paint, wallpaper, or stencils because they have an element of the DIY; allowing one to design the wall or space, but without the permanency and mess – no fixtures or fittings required.

How do I apply them?
Our wall stickers are easy to apply; you don't need any creative ability. You simply peel them off the backing paper and stick them to the wall.For intricate designs, we apply a tape over the top so it is painless.

With your order you get instructions. They are very simple, just 5 steps, and they’re easy to follow. You also get a test piece so you can feel the vinyl and try it out.

Wall stickers are sensitive to extremes of temperature so store them in the tube supplied until you are ready to apply them. Do not apply them in humid conditions, such as when evaporative cooling is activated or if steam is present.
Will they work on my walls?
Our wall stickers are intended for internal, painted plasterboard walls. They need to be clean, dry, flat and in good condition ie no cracks, chips etc where the stickers are applied. They also need to be painted well, with an undercoat and at least 2 top coats of paint.If you have re-painted, the old paint needs to have been sanded and cleaned prior to being re-painted.
Should the wall not be in good condition, wall stickers can lift off paint.
Freshly painted walls need at least 12 weeks to cure before applying your wall stickers.
Those with lightly rendered and wood paneled walls may have success but we cannot guarantee this. Those with moderate to heavily rendered walls are unlikely to have success due to the reduced surface required for adherence.
Is the print finish matte or gloss?
The finish of our wall stickers is matte. They are quite thin so they do look very flat on the wall.What other surfaces can they be applied to?
Our wall stickers can be applied to other smooth internal surfaces such as ceilings, glass, mirrors, smooth metal like stainless steel and mirrors, tiles, plastic surfaces, fridges and furniture. So our wall stickers can update furniture and fittings, and your walls.However, adhesion to these flatter surfaces is stronger and lifting them off without damaging them, can be difficult.
Can I move them around?
Yes you can, but we cannot guarantee how well they will adhere for subsequent applications however.It is best to plan where they will go first, before applying them, because they do look their best when you place them the first time.
You can take them with you when you move home or office. Just keep the backing paper and tube, and pack them up as they arrived - to avoid exposure to moisture and dirt.

If your wall stickers required tape over the top to apply them initially (for intricate designs like writing), they will be very difficult to lift off the wall and place back on another wall.

How long can I leave them on my walls?
The vinyl manufacturer gives a full year’s guarantee. From our personal experience, our wall stickers can stay on your walls for 3+ years.Can I remove them without damaging my walls?
The Wall Sticker Company uses vinyl that is made for adhesion to internal, painted plasterboards walls, so they can be removed without causing any damage. They stick gently and peel off easily .The Wall Sticker Company has conducted extensive product trials and tested our product on a large number of walls with s number of different paint types.
We have found that our product is non-damaging in all tests as long as the product directions/instructions are adhered to. This includes ensuring the wall is in good condition prior to adhering the designs, and using a hair dryer to remove the stickers from the wall.
Despite this, it is impossible to test on every wall and paint type that exists, so we cannot give an absolute guarantee for all walls.

I've had trouble with wall stickers peeling off - do yours do this?
Despite following all the instructions correctly, occasionally some walls reject the wall stickers and they don’t stay adhered. This can be due to many factors; exposure to moisture, fluctuating temperatures, or the level of pigment and teflon in the wall paint used.If this does occur, please Contact Us immediately to discuss a solution.
Can I apply your wall stickers in my bathroom?
Yes, you can apply our wall stickers in bathrooms on the condition that the walls need to be dry when you apply them, and the room needs to be well ventilated with an exhaust fan.Our wall stickers are affected by extremes of heat and moisture, so if these are factors, adhesion may be reduced.
We have had no reports of our wall stickers not performing in bathrooms to date.
Can I remove them and store them until later?
If you think you may like to move your wall stickers within the next few years, we suggest you keep your backing paper and tube.Place the stickers onto the backing paper and store them in a tube or in a way to protect them from moisture and dirt.
We cannot give any guarantees about how they will adhere after a period of being stored.
